Delivery - We aim to despatch all orders placed before 1pm same day.

Orders are sent on overnight carrier services for delivery the next working day in Mainland UK. Larger pallet orders may take longer to arrive. Please expect longer delivery for Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Ireland, due to geographical limitations.

We use external couriers and although 99% of deliveries are next day, there is the odd occasion that there are delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control. 

If deliveries require booking in, or required on a specific day, please request this at time of ordering.

Returns - We may, at our discretion, allow you to return goods you do not want or have ordered in error. They must be returned, only following prior agreement, at your expense. In the event that an item is faulty, we will exchange the item or provide you with a full refund.
