Beatrice Balaceanu
My Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Before joining Wilsons, Beatrice tried her hand at various roles in the UK, from waitressing and sales to even becoming a skilled cake decorator. Her journey at Wilsons kicked off as a temporary team member in the warehouse, packing orders. Now, she's a warehouse pro, and a vital part of the team.
She's got a talent for quick learning and a smile that never quits. Beatrice's core values include reliability and honesty, and she's always eager to give her best and lend a helping hand. Her friendly, optimistic, and hardworking nature sets the tone for a vibrant workplace.
Outside of work, Beatrice's joy lies in playing with her daughter and spending time with family and her loyal dog, Lucky. She dreams of travel adventures, from Turkey to cruises, and even a parachute jump. A true foodie at heart, her favourite dish is prawn pasta, and her mornings start with a bowl of Coco Pops.
