Gemma Moss
My Role: HR Manager
Gemma joined Wilsons in early 2020 and brings with her a wealth of HR experience across a number of industries. With additional past experience in people management and H&S, Gemma has recently worked with growing companies and is now helping Wilsons focus on their people strategy while driving recruitment & employee engagement.
Gemma values understanding and collaboration. Gaining understanding of each individual in the business, how they work and what they value is important to Gemma because very person at Wilsons is an individual and the key to success is taking the time to truly understand our people and respect their individuality. Collaboration is one of her values because every idea and perspective is valid. Everyone should be given the opportunity to be creative and share their ideas.
In her spare time, you will usually find Gemma at the gym, cooking or visiting friends and family. She's also very into health and wellness and runs meditation and relaxation events for women in the local community. Three words that Gemma would use to describe herself are reliable, calm and approachable and the dish she would choose to eat for the rest of her life is a roast dinner - it's a classic for a reason...
