Abi Hopkins
My Role: Business Development Executive
Abi is the longest serving employee at Wilsons and has clocked up over 25 loyal years. She has seen the business grow from the team of two that it was when she joined, to what it is today which has been an eventful journey for her!
Wilsons is well known for being friendly, and over the years, Abi has brought her caring and fun personality to her role and relationships with customers. She processes the applications for trade accounts that come through the website, using her wealth of customer service expertise to look after these prospective customers. We treat all our customers as part of the Wilsons ‘family,’ so she makes sure they all get a warm welcome. She also works closely with many of our online retail customers.
Abi is always out for a bit of fun, and if there is travel or quality food involved that certainly ticks all the boxes. She has 18 nephews and nieces who enjoy her lively company when she is free!
