As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure you have all the details regarding our order deadlines and delivery schedule during this period. Here's everything you need to know:

Last Call for Orders: Mark your calendars for Wednesday 20th December—that's our final order date to get pre-Christmas delivery for UK Mainland only (see below if you are a bit further afield). We've got the despatch covered, and then it's over to the couriers – here's to a smooth delivery!

Courier Collection: There will be courier collections on the 21st and 22nd of December. But heads up, orders sent out then are likely to arrive between the Bank Holidays due to the holiday rush. 

Shutting Up Shop: Our office and warehouse are taking a break from Saturday 23rd December and we'll bounce back fresh as daisies at 8am on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. Although we won't be here ourselves, our website will still be working hard so you can place orders online. If you prefer you can email sales and we'll jump on the orders when we return from our break.

Orders Over the Break: Orders placed during the Christmas break? We'll spring into action on Tuesday 2nd January, dispatching them as soon as possible. We'll work through them in date order, so to make sure your stuff arrives when you need it, get those orders as early as possible, especially if you're needing stock in the first week of January.
