Do you offer free delivery in UK? If yes, how much I need to spend to get free delivery?
£200 for free delivery in mainland UK, however £15 carriage fee if under £200. If you are ordering under £100, there will be a £25 carriage fee.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 1pm, are despatched the same day (when payment has been received) and you can expect next day delivery subject to no delay with the courier.
Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, we do not have a minimum order quantity. However, carriage fees may apply.
Do you offer labelling/prep services?
No, we do not provide prep or labelling services and we do not provide weights or dimensions of packages. However, we can ship your order to a prep service of your choice and cost, please include this information when placing your order.

Do you ship to the EU or abroad?
We do not currently ship internationally. We do ship to the Republic of Ireland, which is £950 MOQ for free delivery or £40 carriage charge for orders less than £950.
Can I drop ship my order to a third party or customer’s address?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.
Can I do a back order?
No, this is not possible currently.

How can I see your prices?
Only registered traders can view our prices. You will need to sign up for an account to view our full product range which varies over multiple various categories and over 6500 products.
How do I sign up?
You need to fill out a registration form, which you can find HERE.
Can I have a further discount?
The prices you see online are the best possible discounted prices we can provide to our customers.
Can I buy in Bulk?
Yes, you can buy in bulk. We offer product quantities in large amounts for trade use only.
Can we sell your products onto Amazon/eBay?
Yes, you can. There are a few products which cannot be sold, this is noted on our website under the product image / in the product details section.
Do I need authorisation from you to sell your products on Amazon?
Our invoices will usually act as authorization for you to sell our products on Amazon.

Can multiple customers use one account?
Yes – you can have different names with different email login details for the same customer account. Ask our customer service team for any additional log ins to be created.
Can I download the product list or price list via CSV or PDF?
Yes, you can. You can do this via your account. You go to My Account > Price Lists > then click download CSV or PDF.
Do you offer credit account facilities?
Yes, we can offer credit facilities. This depends on how long you have been a customer with us and on relevant credit checks and forms being completed.
Can we come and visit you?
No unfortunately we operate a busy warehouse and office, we do not have a showroom. However, if you are local to us, we can allow order pick up by arrangement.
Are the prices shown on your website for the whole case or per item?
The prices shown online are the prices per unit. For example, if you would like a case of 10 units, you would add the quantity 10 to your basket.
AFTER DELIVERY / AFTER CARE SERVICES
I have only received 3 out of 4 parcels, where is my missing parcel?
Some parcels may turn up a little later than the rest of your parcels, this depends on the courier and what type of item you have ordered. It is usually nothing to worry about. Please call us if you have not received your missing boxes within two days of the first delivery.
One of my items I have ordered is damaged. What do I do?
If you have received a damaged item, please contact our helpful customer service team by either email or phone and they will make sure your problem is resolved.
